The technicians are always friendly and personable and they either arrive on time or call about coming early if it works for my schedule. The technician doesn't waste any time and is in and out in an hour. There is no cleaning solution odor left behind and the carpets are completely dry in a very short period of time.

The cleaning products were all natural and had an excellent orange smell. I was very impressed by the punctuality of the service man and his knowledge about the company and the products offered.

Jaime, our technician was great. He tried hard to understand our needs and solve some tough stain problems without killing us financially! The results were wonderful and although I paid more than I planned to, I understood what I was paying for so that's all anyone can ask. Again, the results were as good as possible and that's what matters.
