It is very clear and precise. When the product has been placed on the carpets, tile etc it is evident it works.
Ray removed blood, pen, marker, play dough and 2 year old smashed blue berries from our carpet yesterday. He was polite professional and friendly.
The fresh scent left in the air after the carpet was clean. The saleman Jammie was very knowledgable, offered maintance tip on how to keep the carpet clean between next booking. He was friendly and looked & talked professional.

Scheduling is made very easy. Once the appointment is made, it is confirmed by email. The day of the appt, they call to confirm and tell you they're on the way.
