The technician was there when he said he would be. He was very pleasant and professional. He went right to work and did not "kill" time. Zerorez always does a great job! We just had our area rug cleaned. Ryker was the technician who came to the house. He was very friendly, very professional, explained everything he was going to do, and was very respectful of our home. We had some slightly darker spots on the rug in the high traffic areas. Ryker did a great job of getting those areas clean and he made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. I highly recommend Zerorez and be sure to ask for Ryker!
