Jordan was fantastic! She talked me through what she would be doing and discussed how best to handle the heavily stained areas. She checked my service records and told me what had been done before. She pretreated and then carefully cleaned everything. She got all of the edges and really lighted up the dark spots. She was very pleasant and easy to work with, very conscientious and did a really great job. I decided to try your competitors last time and was very disappointed in their work. Last and best the carpet dried within a few hours instead of the day-long wait I had last time with your competitors. Thank you for a job well done. I will be sure to ask for Jordan again next time.
