Easy to schedule and great work. They cleaned the ducts and the carpet and did an amazing job. They were able to get a lot of stains out of the carpet and it looked very clean and fresh.

I have been using Zerorez for a few years now. I enjoy the timely manner in which the appointment is made. The Technician that came to the house was awesome. He walked me through what was going to take place, how long it was going to take. He gave me a heads up when he was on the way

Following the service, there were a few spots that returned, and they were able to do next day service to correct the lingering issues.

Both service technician showed up on time and were extremely professional, courteous and explain explained in detail the exact work that they had done each time.

The prices were very acceptable and lower than other national carpet cleaning companies.

I had an opportunity to have my carpet cleaned that was so dirty and I didn't think it would come cleaned.
The technician was knowledgeable, explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. Also he showed me how much dirty was in carpet. I think they did a superb job .
