The carpet looks brand new. However I was disappointed in the stain protectant we paid extra for. The dog has an accident (pee) yesterday and I have found it very difficult to get the stain out. I'm still working on it

The men were very polite and when they finished the job they came to do they offered to clean my living room rug in house instead of having to send it out for cleaning. They did a good job on all the rugs and carpet.
I did notice your prices are higher than other rug cleaning companies. I paid $149 for three areas and the next day I found a coupon from your company for $99 for the same three areas. That was upsetting to me.

Doesn't take long, floor is not saturated with water where you can't walk on it and it makes my home smell better. They are on time and offer specials that you can afford. Thank you Zerorez.

A consult w/technician, Paul, before cleaning process began. Paul was most personable young man and was very professional in explaining the process, what needed to be done for the best results, and he did an outstanding job in getting my carpets clean.
