You use no chemicals or soap.
The fact that no chemicals are used in the cleaning process is a big plus. Better for the customer to not breath all of the fumes of chemicals.

I like the 3 room for $119.00 special; however, the recent cleaning on 1/27/11 did not equal 3 rooms so I feel Zerorez needs to return to my home and finish the job.
The carpet is very clean all the way to the baseboards. No black borders like others have left. The technician that performed this service was well trained to do the job properly. The price was quite reasonable. We would not think about looking for any other carpet cleaner as we are very satisfied.
Fast drying time.
It was my first time using your service. I was pleased. The service tech was very friendly, courteous and on time even though our address is not on GPS ! However, the coupon stated free carpet protectant and I was charged $40.00 for it. I called the office and talked with a Zerorez Rep. He was very courteous and promised to rectify the situation by refunding me the $40.00 with no hassle I might add. Good customer service which is rare these days !
the carpet looked like new when he got done. The only negative was that it was quite wet afterwards and took longer to dry than I was told.
