The technician Jaeson was very good and very efficient. He was hampered by having a truck the day of the cleaning that was not running right and he had to give up because the truck would just not run for him. He came back the next week and completed the job very well. I did call when I returned from vacation after that and requested ZeroRex have someone come and go over some spots that did not come up good the first time. Someone else came by and went over the spots, and I am not at all satisfied with that effort, as the spots should come out but did not seem to be helped by. For the most part, the job was done well, but I am disappointed in the result of the retreatment of the spots.

Zerorez cleans my carpets without the soapy, wet or powdery messiness of other cleaning methods. After a visit from Zerorez, my carpets are truly clean and look wonderful. Additionally, I have always had a positive experience with the Zerorez service personnel. They are friendly, professional, and do a thorough cleaning job.

Your company was referred to us by the place where we bought carpeting. They said you had the best process out there. The were right. You are the only carpet cleaning company I will use from here on in and will recommend it to all (and I have tried them all). I love the way you don't add soap...and that the dirty water does not need to be poured down my toilet or bathtub. It is a neat, easy process. The carpet does not seem to be damaged by the products used, as with that dry powder from another company. I also appreciate the specials you offer....***ON ANOTHER NOTE I DO NOT LIKE THE $10 gas fee charge...MAYBE OTHER COMPANIES HAVE IT AND HIDE IT IN THE PRICE....BUT THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!

After the cleaning the carpet seemed to be refluffed. The nap of the carpet was renewed and thick again. The carpet also dried quickly, and of course, no chemicals.
