Excellent customer service. Technician was very knowledgeble and was here on time. Offered great hard floor recommendations(kitchen tile). Our kitchen tile turned out beautiful. We could finally see the true color hidden under all that dirt. Also the carpets smelled fresh and looked great as well. The area rugs were removed and taken for cleaning.
