The operator did a great job took about 2 hours to do the carpeting. She we careful, on time and informative about the process. The rug here doesnt get a lot of traffic, but its a lot more healthy after the Zerorez process. I have already had friends asking about it. It was a reasonable cost to add to the carpets life. Plus it gives you a chance to do a deeper cleaning having the funature out of the way. I dusted, painted and wiped everything down after Zerorez finished. Great spring cleaning. Our tech did a great job on the carpets and tile. The tile looks new.

Our technician Zach was very friendly and knowledgeable . He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our cleaning. He explained and suggested a few upgrades for cleaning spots out of our carpets. The cleaning machine stopped working in the truck several times and he explained the problem, but I never felt like he was rushing our job to stay on schedule. I realize things happen but I would like the Company Zerores to check and maintain their equipment before sending technicians out to the customers home.
Zach handled the delay very professionally and spoke with his office to get help.
We have been long standing customers with Zerores because of technician like Zach, Excellent customer service and a great job cleaning !!!
I would also like to think Zach for wearing his mask even though its not mandated at this time.

Very impressed with the service. Joel arrived ahead of time!!! Before starting, he went over everything he’d be doing & asked if I had any questions. When he was done, he was extremely thorough regarding what he did, how what he did affects the carpet, drying procedure & when we could start putting back furniture. Joel was even able to recommend someone to do carpet stretching for us.
