Very thorough, drying time was about a day long but shorter than other services. Got most of the difficult spots but not all but again better than other services. All in all I was satisfied.

We are long-time customers and advocates for Zerorez.
Having carpets in our home of 30 years, we have tried all the other carpet cleaning companies including do it yourself extractors.
Hands down, this is the best cleaning (doesn't attract more dirt after cleaning) and leaves very little water behind so carpets are soft and dry to touch within 12 hours easily -- less if windows/heat/fans are used.
Also, just the empowered water and no harsh chemicals leave carpets much cleaner and softer -- staying cleaner longer.
With pets and a small home, we clean twice yearly (spring/late fall) and this works perfectly for us.
Your lead technician Joel J. is the best! He knows our home and our needs and always does a top notch job for us. We never have to worry knowing he is coming to clean!
