You are always so prompt, quick and thorough. Last year I had all but given up on my carpet and thought I might need to replace it after more than one unpotty trained foster dog cycled through my home. The thought of putting new carpet in and continuing to have this type of pet come into my home was not ideal for me. You revived my carpet back to a condition I had not seen in years and it's held up so well the past year. This was everything I needed to commit to a yearly cleaning schedule since the reward is so great.
