Our technician Zach was very friendly and knowledgeable . He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our cleaning. He explained and suggested a few upgrades for cleaning spots out of our carpets. The cleaning machine stopped working in the truck several times and he explained the problem, but I never felt like he was rushing our job to stay on schedule. I realize things happen but I would like the Company Zerores to check and maintain their equipment before sending technicians out to the customers home.
Zach handled the delay very professionally and spoke with his office to get help.
We have been long standing customers with Zerores because of technician like Zach, Excellent customer service and a great job cleaning !!!
I would also like to think Zach for wearing his mask even though its not mandated at this time.
It was very important to me to keep my family safe during this Covid time.

When he was done, he was extremely thorough regarding what he did, how what he did affects the carpet, drying procedure & when we could start putting back furniture. Joel was even able to recommend someone to do carpet stretching for us.

First of all. The carpet looks amazing. And smells awesome. I have 8 dogs. So I was skeptical about how clean Zerorez could get it. It didn’t disappoint. And the Tech was super professional and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have used Zerorez exclusively for the last 6 years. Most recent service was yesterday. The tech was Joel who was professional, friendly, and very customer service oriented. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of Zerorez.

We have only used Zerorez for carpet cleaning for several years. They always do a great job, and their technicians are efficient and very polite. Our carpets are 23 years old, but come up with still some youth!
While they always try and sell you carpet protect coating, they do not argue when you say "no".
We would find it difficult to use another company.
