Gentle and effective cleaning for our wool rug!

Was impressed with professionalism from booking to service!! Everyone we spoke to on the phone and the tech that did the cleaning were very kind, friendly, patient with all our questions, etc. When we first called, we were greeted with enthusiasm, questions answered, flexibility to make sure our needs were met. (We had just had a negative experience trying to book with a different company and ended up cancelling our appointment with them.) We were very pleased with the tech - he did a great job and was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Appreciated that we could review possible cleaning areas/items with the tech and get an accurate quote on-site and then make a decision of what we could afford for that day - extremely helpful!! Also appreciated the honesty of the tech by showing us areas that he wasn't able to completely remove a couple of the stains/spots and why. 3-room special for $144 is great! Future suggestion - the only thing we were disappointed in: We have a pillow-back sofa. The sofa pillows have 2 different patterns...one matches the sofa material and the other coordinates, but they are all the same size and all included as part of the pillow back when we purchased the sofa. We were told that only the ones that matched the sofa would be included. I don't know if that is because the others looked like they were "accent" pillows and not part of the sofa or if you have a pillow limit on pillow-back sofas. I understand that accent pillows would cost more, but I would have expected all the sofa pillows (that were a part of the pillow back of the sofa) to be included in the sofa price. It would have only been 5 more pillows. We chose not to have the extra ones cleaned as it put us over budget. So that part felt a little "nickel and dime" which put a slight little damper on the experience, but other than that, no other complaints/concerns. We are very pleased with everything and will most likely be calling again for the next set of rooms/furniture. I would definitely recommend to others (and already have) based on our first experience.

I always receive excellent results, and my house looks and smells markedly better. Every service has been done by competent & friendly technicians. They patiently & completely explain what is happening to my carpeting, offer other services like furniture, and get stains handled. I am a repeat customer for years and only use Zerorez. Today I ran around barefoot because everything was soft and cleaned. Thank you again.

Kieran was great! He explained the process thoroughly. He was early for our appointment, took the time to make sure the walls (Corners) were protected from the hose.
