I was very pleased with the results of having my carpets cleaned as well as my sectional sofa. The attendant was pleasant enough and on time. The only thing that was not ok was the quote I received on the phone, I was very precise when providing the scope of the job, suddenly went up over $180.00!!!!! I was royally ticked and almost cancelled the whole thing. The attendant was kind enough to call his boss at zerorez and get the price down to close to what the original bid was. Perhaps this is how this company works....

Arrived early(which was great) professional. I added areas not previously quoted and he was more than happy to do it for me and he waited for me to pick up around the house before he began. Was amazing no harmful chemicals for the kids and pets and my carpet looked brand new!
