The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and very motivated to do a great job cleaning our carpet and chairs. The carpet and chairs were pretty old and tired and with three dogs, two cats, and a rabbit, full of stains and odors. The technician went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what she was proposing to do, how much it would cost, and that she would come back if it wasn't to our satisfaction.
