Service was great, on time and effective. Rug gained a few more years of life, quality of clean was really high. Took care of carpet under the rug to make sure there weren't any leftover damp spots which I really appreciated. Technician asked to use our bathroom which I thought was odd considering length of appointment and professionalism but otherwise great experience. Will do business with Zerorez again.
