I've been using Zerorez for 9 years. I like the cleaning process that does not use soap. The truck mount method removes most of the water and is a cleaner end result. Zerorez reps have always been top notch. They have always been friendly and honest. I have never felt like I was being upsold on any service. I appreciate that. Keep up the great work!

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service that I have used. They also cleaned a sectional sofa & it looked brand new. The other company definitely did not clean it thoroughly the first time. I like the fact that on my deep clean areas Gaberial will come back if the stain does reappear. We have three dogs!! Shout out to Gaberial who went the extra mile, was polite & on time!
