We are a loyal customer and never disappointed.
We had a wonderful cleaning by Technician Matt this past Monday.
We had a special needs area where cats had urinated -- and he totally took care of.

I called in distress last Friday needing an appoint ASAP and Dispatch/Customer Service got us booked right away Monday morning.

Great service, great value, carpets are like new!

There are 4 things that standout from my recent experience with Zerorez :)
1. The amazing difference in the cleanliness of my carpets after the service was complete !
2. The pleasant smell that filled my home for a couple of days while the carpets fully dried :)
3. The terrific service from Matt ! He is a responsible and careful person. He listened to me describe carpet trouble areas and then explained what he was going to do step by step. He was very respectful of my house and the clean carpet outcome was more than I expected! Matt gets a gold star from me !
4. The entire transaction from my initial call; to email reminders; to phone call from Matt letting me know when he would arrive; to the ability to review the invoice on my phone; and the option to pay over my phone were all nicely set up and it made the entire visit a really good experience!

I've used Zerorez 5 times in the last 3 years and have been delighted with the service every time. It was easy to make the appointment. Each time I was given a window and each time someone arrived on time, the cleaning was done thoroughly and the technician was friendly and explained what had been done. After one cleaning I spilled cranberry juice on the light tan carpet and was very frustrated. A young woman from Zerorez came out the next day, spent an hour cleaning that area of the carpet on her hands and knees, and I was charged only $20! She was also very sweet and pleasant. Everyone who has worked here from Zerorez has expressed the same qualities of skill, integrity and a happy and friendly manner.
