Nick was on time, very courteous and professional. My carpet is 23 years old and in rough shape. to be honest, I called Zerorez because I have heard some good things about them and thought I might have them take a shot at cleaning and if they could not improve it greatly I would just order some new carpet. I was blown away when I saw the results... my berber carpet looked fantastic! I should have called long ago and not lived with such dingy carpet for so long.

He showed up on time. He did an exemplary job. He was careful not to overcharge. In fact he actually fit the cleaning of a couple of small carpets into the allocated size and cost of what I had already ordered. When he was finished he cleaned up after himself and left a wake of clean carpets and a pleased customer behind him.
