I just got the 3 rooms special basic cleaning and it was great. I will probably try the deep cleaning add ones next time for some trouble spots. The carpets dried relatively fast, unlike other services.

I always love the fact that my carpets are truly dry by the next morning and they look so wonderful! It is great knowing that there are not chemicals left in my carpet because of their special infused water!

Working with ZeroRez was such a positive experience. Our technician, Gabriel, called us the morning of our appointment to let us know his arrival time. He was exactly on time, explained everything he was going to do, answered all of my questions, and probably got to work. He completed the job in a timely manner and left everything in spotless condition… We were very happy with the carpet, couch, and loveseat he cleaned. We will use Zerorez again, without a doubt.

Professional and knowledgeable technition

The technician, Eric Alvarez did an excellent job and it was a pleasure to have him working in our home. He did an excellent job and was able to remove some very difficult stains.
We also liked the pleasant smell of the cleaning solution.
