To begin with, Taylor was great. Got right to it and was patient with my questions as the process was different than what we're used to. Results were also as advertised. Drying was faster, areas of concern were quite clean and overall we are very pleased. Cudos to Zerorez and young Taylor for a job well done. We will have you back again for sure.

The gentleman Taylor or Tyler was VERY PROFESSIONAL and answered our questions kindly and with respect. He did a great job, including pet spots. He could clean our carpets anytime!

I have avoided having my carpet cleaned since it always makes them get dirty again much faster. I just used Zerorez and they look great with no detergent smell. Plus the worker was very thorough and careful. This was a much better experience than with other companies.

It was great that the carpet when finished being cleaned did not feel stiff or crunchy.

Zerorez cleans the carpet cleaner than any other carpet cleaning service we've used. Their product leaves dzero residue and therefore the carpets stay clean longer. Their employees and polite, accomodating and do their jobs well. Nick, our cleaning technician was great! I will alway use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning.
