Joseph seemed very knowledgeable. He was friendly, on time, and did a good job. I would suggest more information given at the conclusion of cleaning. We had to ask about when to walk back on the carpet and move furniture back on.
Spots are removed and drying time is short. The technician explained how the equipment works and how long it would take to do the job, Gabriel did an excellent job.

I love that you don't use smelly chemicals and that my carpets are dry within 12 hours. You have been able to get out the nasty dog stains where she lays.
