Service was great, I have a very old carpet that came out quite clean and there was no sticky feel to it at all like there usually is. My only negative comment is that it does not smell as good as I would like. I am sure it is that my old carpet needs to be replaced, and it doesn't stink...kind of has a wet raffia kind of smell. But I am sure that will fade with a little time. Thank you and we will use you again in the future.
