No chemicals. Left the carpets feeling soft, not stiff. Courteous staff -- the people who set up the appointment and the person who did the cleaning.
No harsh chemicals, no residue left on the carpet. The gentlemen that cleaned the carpets were very professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the way the carpets turned out.
Friendly professional people. The carpet looks Great and the technician was able to get nail polish off our grout which was really nice. Also no chemicals used which is very comforting.
I was getting a property ready to rent out, and thought I had to replace one room of my carpet due to a massive stain. Josia took a look at it, and offered a treatment that was free if it did not work. A few minutes later, I had a stain free carpet. Josia saved me the cost of replacing that carpet!
