Zero rez did a great job on our carpets. The cleaning was through and quick. I think our technicians name was Josiah, he was very nice and courteous. I would definitely call zero rez the next time we need help with carpets!

The products do such a great job in really deep cleaning! Josiah was so helpful in explaining every step of the process before beginning, as well as letting us know about the products being used. He really made this experience different from other carpet cleaners that we have used! Rather than rushing through cleaning our three rooms, he took his time and made sure that each problem area was managed thoroughly. If we ever need carpet cleaning again (we are talking about installing hardwood in the coming year), we hope to be blessed with Josiah again!
