I love that no chemicals or cleaners are used (But it still smells great!). Tom was very efficient, professional and quick. He explained everything he was doing and was flexible in calculating our "3 room" area. I had one over sized room and a set of stairs to do. This is the second time Zerorez has been to our house and they are the only ones we'll use!

First off was the employee who came to the house, Audric. I doubt there are too many ppl out there as nice as he. However this was not why we chose Zerorez because obviously we didn't know anything about the company other than the reviews we had read on line, which were good. We were looking for a carpet cleaning process that used less chemicals and which also didn't leave our carpet areas saturated in water, this was out first priority. And I think we got this. The chemical(s?) that they use is a proprietary product that involves an extra or altered oxygen molecule (I think I heard this right)that to me seems to reference that cleaning product called 'oxyclean' - but is not actually oxyclean, but their own creation instead. I have used Oxyclean detergent and spot cleaner and found it to work well so I certainly believe there are chemicals that can clean without harsh smells or residues. In the end, (a three hour cleaning process start to finish - three rooms and a stairway, all furniture removed by yours truly), our carpets were cleaned and completely dry in about 6-8 hours on a warm day with the windows open and the furnace fan blowing (no heat). The house never smelled of chemicals during the process and certainly not afterwards. Awesome company. Highly recommended.

Steve Wismer did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets and sofa! I really appreciate the extra time he took to help me decide the best way to address the pet urine smell and stains in my home.
