It was all good! The carpet looks great. I was comfortable letting your employee do his job all through our house while we just left him alone. He was friendly & polite. One suggestion: I noticed his wide hose laid across a small garden between the house & the truck. Absolutely NO risk or damage to this type of garden, but I was thinking that someone may be upset if there were taller flowers or other plants that could be damaged. Thank you!

We have had zerorez come to our home several times and we have always been pleased, however this last time was the best. We had Jamie come to clean our carpets and this is the best job yet. You should hire more people like Jamie. She represents your company without flaws.
