The employee was wonderful to work with and did a stellar job on our carpets! He was very customer service focused, very easy to talk and work with as well as extremely professional! It's nice to see that customer service still exists in some companies as I swear it's a lost art!! Their office staff was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Zerorez and have used them in other states...that's why they are the only place we call! Also, a huge plus...you don't deal with that stinky soap smell when they are done. The carpets look and smell wonderful!

I believe the residue is less than that left by other systems. I like that water temperature can be controlled. I am very satified with the care and diligence of the technician (s). Have used Zerorez for several years and services and have always been fully satisfied.
