Zerorez staff are friendly, efficient and thorough. They do a great pre-work inspection to identify any stains or hard to remove spots. The end result is a deep cleaned carpet without the residue that other companies leave behind. Also, the carpets dry quickly.

That there is zero residue and safe for humans and pets. I love the fact that they are self contained and don’t need to use my water or facilities. Staff is always friendly and helpful from making a reservation to the technicians that show up to do the work.
I had an Amazing technician Chris Taylor. He helped get my carpet clean and get rid of wet dog smell from the carpet. He also took the time to show me if my carpet had pet stains, which it had, along with glitter. When my carpet was complete, we talked about my hardwood flooring. He was so kind to stay and clean the hardwood flooring, when he easily could of left because I was undecided about it. Chris was very knowledgeable, kind, and a scene of humor which was appreciated. Efficient and totally upfront with his service totals and process. I highly recommend Chris Taylor to come and clean your carpets. Thank you Chris for spending extra time and going the extra mile and by the way I’d give him 10+ stars**********. I will be calling on Chris Taylor for cleaning services again and glad to give out referrals for him.

The online scheduling was super easy, the technicians that came to our house were friendly and professional and the carpets turned out fantastic!
Nick was great. He was very personable and helped me move a couple of pieces of furniture. He gave honest opinions about some pet stains and worked to get them removed. He was very efficient and careful. The dry time was much longer than he estimated though. It's been 24 hours and the stain areas are still not dry.
Everything always comes out clean and fresh smelling. I like that I don't have to worry about any chemicals being introduced into my home from this service. I also appreciate the promptness and politeness of the staff. You've got a great business. Thanks for helping to make my house clean!

My carpets look and feel so much cleaner and brighter. I Iike the fresh smell after they were cleaned. I did opt to get the soil resistant treatment which helps me know they will wear less and look great longer.
I liked Chris, the Zerorez technician. He took his time to do a great job. One stain was literally impossible to get out (from the previous owner), but otherwise it is all good.
