Technician was very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Considering I have 4 cats, he suggested a protectant after the cleaning was done, so "Upsale" was successful.

There was one area I wished I had remembered to ask him to go over more vigorously...the spots are still there.

Service was excellent. Chris Taylor took the time of explaining everything he did and why.
He applied deodorizer and it smelled very good but today no deodorizer scent anymore. It did not last as long as I thought it would.
