Awesome customer service!

Rafael called and gave me the time he would be there and he was right on time. He then walked though the house explaining what he needed to do. He then got right to work and was done in a few hours. The carpet had not been cleaned for some time and had some bad spots that I didn't think would come out, but they did . The carpet looks great and I will be using zerorez again.

I was no home when they came to clean, my husband was. He is not easily impressed, but said that the gentleman that cleaned our carpets did an excellent job and took his time to make sure it was done correctly. We have used you in the past, and the last time we were not real impressed. After this experience we will be calling you back when we need it done again.

I asked the technician, Tyler, if the cleaning would raise the nap on the carpet where we had heavy furniture that made indentations. He said "no" but he must have worked on it anyway because almost all of the indentation marks were gone. The carpet looked great. I would like to add a tip for him. Would you please contact me?
