I like that there are no chemicals. I have a cat, and small grandchildren, and want them to be safe when they play on my carpet. They were thorough, fast, and explained what they were going to do beforehand. I am very happy with the results.

Technician was very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Considering I have 4 cats, he suggested a protectant after the cleaning was done, so "Upsale" was successful.

There was one area I wished I had remembered to ask him to go over more vigorously...the spots are still there.
