I highly recommend Zero Rez. Carpets I thought were beyond looking decent with cleaning actually looked almost new. Pre-treatment helped to remove stains and made the house smell fresh and clean.

I was very happy with the way the carpet turned out. Joel did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable about the entire process. It was more spendy than other companies out there but this was the best service I have used. Carpet looks new. I would use them again.

The technician was professional and explained everything he was doing and why he was asking certain questions. The carpet smells much better and I have noticed a reduction in nasal congestion since I had the service. Very pleased and would recommend to others.

Our carpet came out soft and so very clean.
The various stains, including pet urine from when our dog was a puppy, came out beautifully. So did the drain cleaner stain from when a container accidentally tipped over.
Your worker was determined to do the best job possible and to make sure we were pleased, which we were!

Zerorez does a great job cleaning my carpets. Just as important to me is the fact that I don't have to worry about the products they use. I have chemical sensitivities and I know I won't have reactions to their cleaners.

There were no odors. The noise of machinery was outside not in the house. The agent was knowledgeable, gracious, helpful. I did not feel "invaded" by machines and clutter or noise.The carpets are very fresh dried quickly

I like that there are no chemicals. I have a cat, and small grandchildren, and want them to be safe when they play on my carpet. They were thorough, fast, and explained what they were going to do beforehand. I am very happy with the results.

In a word, transparency. Chris (the technician) was friendly, upbeat, and clearly explained all the service options and prices without pressure or attempts to nickel-and-dime me.
