Rafael arrived on time, explained how he was going to clean my furniture and how long it should take before it was dry. He did an excellent job. First off, our technician, Rainel, is really on the ball. He went over what we wanted done and answered our questions in a straightforward manner. He is knowledgeable about stain removal and carpet treatments and techniques. This is our third time using Zerorez and each time we have been amazed with the results. We strive to have Rainel back every year. It seems he has added life to the carpet itself and we believe if we have him clean it every year it will last quite a bit longer yet. Anyway, we are really happy we switched to Zerorez. Thanks for a job well done.

Jackson was our Zerorez technician who made the 4-year-old carpet in a recently purchased house look and feel like new and smell fresh. We especially appreciated the pre-treatment recommended to eliminate any lingering odors from the previous owners' cats. He also did a very thorough deep clean of the carpet and applied a Scotchgard-like protector spray. Additionally, Jackson did a thorough cleaning of the tile in the kitchen and dining area and sealed the grout as well, resulting in a much lighter, brighter tile and grout than before. All of us were delighted with the results throughout the house.

Jackson arrived right on schedule, clearly explained all details of what he was going to do in accordance with our concerns, and did an excellent job all around. He is a personable, professional, and polite young man who worked very diligently. We highly recommend Zerorez for all your cleaning needs, including upholstery (which they have successfully cleaned for us in the past). We can also highly recommend the services of Jackson.

The original window of time was great but ON THE DATE OF SERVICE the specific time helped! I just wished I an initial summary of what I had requested on the phone...( couldn't remember if included both upstairs bedrooms) so I was a little delayed in emptying them after he got here! Sorry about that!
