I like the process that does not use soap, the less chemicals the better. We have an ionizer, so I am familiar with the water. It is process so much better than normal carpet cleaning.

We have had Zerorez for a couple years now. There were coffee stains on a light carpet and i knew they couldn't be cleaned up but the rest of the carpet needed it before the holidays. when he was done I went in to look and I was absolutely shocked. The carpet was totally clean like new...NO stains anywhere. I still can't believe what a great job it was. Now I can entertain for the holidays with no shame of a dirty carpet.
