The company is worthy of top quality recommendations. The product they use works and the extra attention to stains almost always meets with success. Even if it takes a return visit, which is hardly ever required, they will do all they can to meet my needs. I have been using this company since it's beginning in Portland. One of the owners, Stacey, was the technician that did my home carpets. I have rentals and ever since I have tried Zerorez I've not gone back to Atiyeh Carpet Cleaning or any other. My carpets are old and I know I'll have to replace them soon. Zerorez cleaned them so much better than I thought they would given the condition it was in. Zachary was very knowledgeable about removing cat stains and odor.

Our rugs look great!! Bentley did a fantastic job getting out lots of spots that I never thought could be eradicated. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and did his work professionally. He took time to explain how he was going to treat the spots and afterward, showed me the results. He was polite and respectful and worked every minute of his time here. He also took care in getting his equipment in and out without much bother to me. Thank you for sending Bentley. I will definitely ask for him next time.

Zack was awesome he arrived early he called before he arrived and he finished about an hour hour-and-a-half. It only took about an hour to two hours for everything to dry when he left. The suction power is amazing at least the carpets soft and fluffy lightly damp I wouldn't even call it moist. He did such a good job I felt bad that I didn't have a cash tip for him honestly if there was any way to give me gratuity after the fact I totally do it. If a manager from Zerorez would like to call me if you have a way for me to give a cash tip or gift card to Zachary I'd appreciate a call or email so I can do that. I'm sure he's getting an hour late but when people go above and beyond they deserve more. He deserves more.
The carpets in our rental are so clean!! And after 3 months I have finally slept through the night without waking up in the night sneezing or being completely congested, I hadn't slept well since we moved into our home. Once I realized it had to be pet dander and dirt and whatever else living in the carpets, we called to have Zerorez to come out and clean the carpets. The technician used the blue light to show us what was actually existing on the carpets: feces marks, tons of urine spots and even some it went up onto the walls from a cat spraying. I was disgusted and I knew the carpets were the issue. Now I sleep well, our carpets dried by the end of the day (that never happens with regular carpet shampooers or steamers), the carpets are several shades lighter in color, and so very soft and clean, my feet don't get dirty either when I walk barefoot on the rugs. And the technician, Jackson, was kind, explained the process, let us move our furniture around so as to get every section of carpet in each room, and he worked hard to clean the carpets fully in a timely manner. Never will we use a shampoo company or a commercial shampoer again. Plus there are 0 chemicals used in the process which is great for, us our dogs and kiddo's health.
