I really liked the fact that the technician took the time to explain the various processes available to him for getting stains out of our carpets, how good and lasting the results would be. He made sure that I was satisfied with his work and explained that as the rug dried, it would look differently and some of the old set-in stains could have "ghosts" appear when dry. No problem--the carpets are older and even ghosts would be better than what was there before cleaning.

Chris did an excellent job and even my skeptical husband was impressed with the results!

We are very satisfied with the carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning we had done. We also very much appreciate the service that Bentley provided. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and our treatment options. Our appointment was scheduled between 12:00 and 4:00, he arrived at just about 4 and because the job was so big he had to work late into the night to complete the work. Bentley was very willing to do this and did not appear to take any short cuts in completing all the work which took him until after midnight.

Our Zerorez technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did the job quickly with great results! Will definitely have them clean our carpets again.

I like the fact that the carpets feel smooth, not crunchy after drying. The tech was able to remove most all the stains; will see if they reappear after a month or two, but for now, I am very pleased with the results.
