The technician was courteous and professional. He gave me good tips for after care and fluffing up a matted down area. The scent is pleasant and it seems to do a good job. The carpet wasn’t all that dirty but the black light he used he was able to identify small areas that he treated with extra spray.

Zerorez cleaned three area rugs in my home on December 11, 2018. This was the first time I had used Zerorez. The service was very good and the rugs are clean. The dampness from the treatment dried up in a few hours and there is no lingering odor or residue.

The technician, Rainel Chapiro, was very knowledgeable of the rugs he cleaned. He explained what the rugs were made of and recommended the appropriate course of treatment. He was extremely courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

I will use Zerorez again and will recommend Zerorez to my friends.
