Second time is a charm. I had to get the job redone because the first time was unsatisfactory. Chris was my technician the second time and I can't say enough good things about him. He was punctual, very personable, explained what he'd be doing, and invited me to approve the results as he was cleaning. The carpet smells clean and looks clean. I couldn't be happier. I've found my cleaning company that I'll use from here on out.

The services was great and quick. Ben and Colby were very good. They told me what they were going to do and we added a extra carpet. They finished on time and the carpets looked great. What I liked about the product, we were able to get on the carpet within 6 or so hours. Not a lot of water letter after the process.
