After my first zerorez cleaning … I was hooked ! . I have frieze carpet that I love and was a substantial investment when purchased eight years ago. I vacuum three times a week, only because I know that dirt can destroy a carpet quicker than anything. By doing my regular home maintenance and, once a year zerorez cleaning with your fiber protector applied .I know I will have many more years of a beautiful looking carpet. As I told Bentley my service tech , I vacuum and, zerorez preserves and restores my carpet. I know that I have no harmful chemicals applied so, there is only clean left behind. The technician did a great job. He asked what concerns I have or precautions I needed him to be aware of. I have a lot of wooden bookcases and file cabinets and had concerns that they would soak up water and previous companies had left behind a lot of moisture. As it turned out I was told all would be dry in 4-6 hours. It was closer to 2-4. The rug turned out just as advertised - no sticky crunchy residue. Thanks much. First name removed N

Bently (your representative) was very courteous and listened to our concern and requests. He then accomplished everything we asked him to do and more. He was respectful of our property and put cushions down for the corners that were effected by the hoses. He alsao put shoe protectors on as soon as he stepped into the house.

His mannerisms and delivery of services are a definite compliment to your company. Because of our interaction with him we are definitely going to call your company when we need any further carpet cleaning service.
