Chris and his associate were 2 of the most professional cleaners we have had, since Joel. He was very good at explaining all details of what they would be doing and how.

One thing that was definitely apparent this time was how dry the carpets were already, when finished. After the previous cleaning the carpets were very, very wet and took forever to dry. This had nothing to do with the warm weather since we had to have the air con on.

They were extremely careful of the wall corners and efficient with time on the job.

Highly recommend this team.

Zerorez did a fabulous job! The carpet was white with heavy traffic and pet stains. Now it looks practically new. The team who came out were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't ask for better results.

Audric did an amazing job. He made our 27-year-old carpet look new! He was able to remove a number of stains that we didn't think were fixable. Great job!

Raniel (sp?) did the best job, I’ve had so far. I really appreciate that my carpets were so clean looking and dried in a quarter of the time that other service techs times took.

I gave a 10 for the cleaning job done on my carpets. It was probably the best cleaning that I’ve seen on the carpets. Kevin did a very thorough job and was very informative about the job. He explained everything he was doing to the carpet and the different cleaners he used. I would definitely have Zerorez clean my carpets again and request Kevin to do the job.

William did a good job today cleaning. He spent extra time on our sofa, which really needed the TLC. He was polite and was done within 4 hours for our entire house! thank you so much for your help, now our carpet is clean and we can breath so much easier ^_^
