Excellent service, competitive pricing and the carpets where not saturated with water after they where done. Carpets dried in 4 hours. No chemicals and we now have clean sanitized carpet.

Technician was very knowledgeable and professional, but your advertising is a little false. After all the the stain treatment add ons, by estimate doubled. The results were great though.

William from Zero Rez did a wonderful job on our carpets. He was very timely and professional. He was able to get the smell out and they are wonderfully soft again. I will definatly use them again when the time comes.
