I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism that Rafael demonstrated. He did a fantastic job explaining to me the different products and what they do. He also helped me move some items from a room which was extremely appreciated. Also, he asked me if he could bring his equipment through our garage because he didn't want to take a chance on knocking down my Halloween trees that line our walkway. I thought that spoke volumes regarding his character. He got our floors cleaned and looking outstanding without it being some long process. He worked efficiently and thoroughly. I will definitely be a return customer. As he was finishing up our house, my next-door neighbor came over and asked him if he had time to do HER floors. He called the office and he made it happen for her. You don't get that outstanding service much anymore but I know who does give it....Rafael from Zerorez! Thank you!

I like that you only use water, and I find that 6 hour drying time is not so bad. My carpet came out looking very nice.
