On time, on task, all products used to treat carpet were understood completely by technician, he did a fantastic job. Pet stains were a problem as we have a 6 month old puppy.

I was extremely happy with our service. The gentleman (Rayley sp?) was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kind, patient, and understanding. He took time to listen and my needs. He explained the basic service as well as the various option levels for deeper cleaning. He offered his own recommendation but allowed me to make the final decision on the level of service I wanted, needed and could afford. He helped move furniture, quickly sucked up a glass I was trying to reach that fell and shattered all over the floor of the kitchen and beyond. He was fantastic! We did notice a few stains after the floor dried, which I believe he warned us about. In the end, I feel SO much better knowing the carpet has been cleaned as best it could be given the circumstances. I appreciate Zerorez for the ease in making an appointment, the availability dates/times, allowing me to alter the appointment day, being so helpful and kind. Thank you, SO much!!

Very thorough and efficient
The technician that arrived is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. He was polite and very professional. There was an odd residual smell. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't smell like a freshly cleaned room/house. I appreciate the environmentally sound practice of Zerorez that is safer for people, pets and environment. It is expensive and the up charging on unnecessary products is excessive, which is my only complaint. Other than the peculiar smell. Which is more like ozone now that I think about it. If it is ozone, then it is indicative of a thorough cleaning. I would want to cover that up with another spray or scent.
