In fact he actually fit the cleaning of a couple of small carpets into the allocated size and cost of what I had already ordered. When he was finished he cleaned up after himself and left a wake of clean carpets and a pleased customer behind him.

I have been using Zerorez since 2006. Their service technicians do an excellent job cleaning my pet stained carpet.

I have already recommended Zerorez to my sons and several friends. My carpet looks new. I appreciate the absence of a soapy scent and that the carpet is residue free. My carpet has been through lots of animals, grandchildren, and friends’ celebrations. Evidence of spilled stuff is gone. The technician was very polite and very efficient. I will hire Zerorez sooner next time.

The carpet cleaning service men were kind and thorough in explaining options available for the best cleaning possible. They were efficient and left things in good order.

They always do a good job and are friendly

We like that the service is great, the staff is always very nice, knowledgeable and polite, and that they are customer service orientated. Also the carpet is clean, they notice wear spots and stretching, and that they do not use "rag" type of scrubbers like another outfit does. The carpet is gently "steam cleaned" so there is not a lot of wetness to wait for drying time before walking on it with sock feet and having "wet feet". Best of all the carpet is clean and it smells clean. Thank you!

Scheduling was easy (online). Technician arrived about 30 minutes into the arrival window - appreciated! Technician (Rafael) was thorough, friendly, and communicated well. No issues. Carpets clean, no residual scent (they weren’t stinky to begin with tbh) but I also do not like scented products. I have not used Zerorez before. Hoping the “no residue” hype is true! Trying to be greener overall.
