This company is superior by far of all carpet cleaning companies! The people are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Most companies just come in and start cleaning, but not Zerorez. They start by doing a walk through of your home, ask you lots of questions about areas of concern, spills, animal or human waste in the carpets. They use a special device to detect such things not seen by the naked eye, so they show you the proof of what is found. They don't just charge you extra for all your carpeted area, but only for those sections needing special attention with specific deep cleaning. They provide different levels of cleaning depending on what is needed for your carpets and they thoroughly explain the details. Plus they are use eco and pet friendly products. Unlike other companies who use soap, their water based products do not attract dirt but rather repel things that get trapped in carpet fibers. We went with their biological service to help with odors in our carpets since we have cats and the results are amazing as always! Our 14 year old carpets look renewed and smell great! They also do upholstery, tile/stone, and we also had 2 large area rugs cleaned. Rainel has been to our house before and this time he had a worker with him who he was training. They were both fantastic! Very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They also didn't make us uncomfortable in our own home because it's always invasive when people are working so closely in your home. They also wore masks (as we did), which tells me the company is taking the current pandemic precautions seriously. I can't say enough about this company and they guarantee their work.
