It was wonderful! No lingering smell, dried overnight and almost all the stains were gone! This is 30 year old carpet, been through several pets and their senior years. There was no residue like I'm used to with other cleaning procedures My husband who was home at the time, said the employee was very pleasant and good customer care..I hope to buy new carpet, but will maintain it with this method.
