The service was very good - everything got cleaned - the technician was very thorough. He even found a spot or two we didn't see. The product was fine - no after-odor or residue. Additionally, everything was dry by morning. We are very pleased. My wife said that he got the stairs cleaner than she thought he would. Thanks for a great job!

Zerorez was wonderful from beginning to end. They showed up on time, the price was reasonable and they did a fantastic job. My carpets look wonderful. I have 3 dogs so that wasn't an easy task. I will use them again and I will recommend them to friends and family.
The technician was careful, professional and thorough. I also like the fact that the cleaning product has no chemicals or perfumes. I especially wanted to use them for their choice to use safe cleaning products. I highly recommend them!
