First I will start with the gentleman who came. He came a time when the family suffered a horrible. This man something about the said good morning just made me feel so good. His voice was so uplifting and pleasant it raised my spirit. He was so polite he knew I was going through something so he made sure he did communicate with me u til he had to. After my carpets are cleaned, they don't seem as "wet" as other times when other companies have done it. I have noticed in the past "residue" left and that attracted dirt which is why I switched to Zerorez.

Over the years we have tried several carpet cleaning services and never were totally satisfied with any of them. Luckily, we heard about Zerorez, and were very happy with the results. We have now used them about 10 times, never even considering any other company.
The technicians are always very professional, and explain things if they have a problem getting a 100% clean job.
When they came this August, our carpets were over 22 years old, but were given another lease on life! Obviously there is wear in high-traffic areas, but even these areas the carpets feel good after the cleaning. We do not know how they will be able to keep this magic going.
We also like the fact the carpets do dry reasonably quickly - not like a certain well-known company who seemed to want to drown our carpets.

He and Balen were informative and polite. They were also efficient. My assorted chairs look refreshed. One set of Wing Backs is over 40 years old and they look GREAT.
