Actually, I don't know much about your product and services. Most of the spots did come out of our carpet, which I was quite happy about. I know your product is advertised on the radio, predominately, by Lars Larson. I did feel it was a little on the expensive side, but the carpet hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. I was happy with the outcome.

I've used Zerorez for carpet cleaning for more than 10 years. I've always been pleased with the scheduling, calling ahead on the day of cleaning to notify me when they will arrive, the booties they put over their shoes when entering the house. Now for the cleaning. They do a great job! They are thorough, use wall bumpers to save damage to the walls from the hoses, take care with the furniture and they do not using harsh chemicals. That is the number one reason I use Zerorez. The carpets are clean, the house smells clean and fresh. Win, Win!
