Everything! This is the first time we hired Zerorez and we were very impressed. First of all they were early (which was great!). The technician that came out, Jeremy, was very professional and kind. He told me everything that he was going to be doing and about the product. He even killed a spider for me... thanks, Jeremy! Our carpets look brand new and we would recommend them to everyone!
First time user. Heard great things about no crunch results and our experience exceeded expectations! Loved the carpet cleaning process including removal of bio from our greyhound dogs accidents and the tile cleaning including the scrubber equipment was outstanding. Personnel were absolutely dedicated to Zerorez and have best in class customer service skills. JD, Evan and John presented a great team Zerorez front and I will request them next year in 2021! I also need to explore just all Zerorez can do for me beyond carpet and tile.
