This was the very first time that I used Zerorez for cleaning my downstairs carpets. I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician who came out to my house. He was courteous and he answered all my questions. He did a great job getting out some of the deep stains. Although, some of them seem to be resurfacing after about a month. But overall, I am very impressed and I think the price is reasonable for what you get.

The best carpet cleaning ever! No residue left around the edges, no wierd smell and carpets look brand new!

The estimate had floor carpet and seats- when the technician came out he said the floor carpets were not on the invoice. So they didn’t get done. Even the receipt had floor carpet on it.
