My service guy did a very good job. He was so professional.
So clean. No residue. No smell.
Hypoallergenic. Technician courteous and professional. Communicated how the process was going to take place, where to start and where to finish. Cleaned carpets well.
It was the payment process. I was not at the property at the time it was being cleaned. It is a vacant rental. Once the job was completed, I was basically told I had to pay the full invoice immediately before the crew would leave. I was in an attic at that time and rushed the job I was doing to get to my car and pay the invoice immediately so they could get in to their next job. I run a business and if I get paid within 24 hours, I’m good. That’s obviously not the case with your company.
Had rescheduled my upcoming appointment for next year (called to change and conversation was totally AI) but Aptive came on the original scheduled day which I had changed.
Don't know what happened but your AI is not working and I was very upset about the mixup!!

Scheduling is easy online. Notifications are a great reminder that our carpet is due for a cleaning or to notify us of sales going on. Our tech, Zeke, called 20-30 minutes prior to appointment to tell us he was on his way. He was also polite and did a great job in a timely manner.
