great cleaning
The service rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and looked out for our best interest.
Carpets looked and smelled great with no crispy carpets afterwards we were very happy with the results! Also our technician Alex T. definitely had the 3 P’s…professional, proficient and polite, he did a fantastic job! It was easy to book and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The tech who came to my appointment was so great! So friendly, she explained what my carpet needed and how to get the best results.
This is the third time I have had Zerorez out. I am very satisfied with what they have cleaned and shown me what they could do with my tile. I will have them back again in a few months once I get my house settled. Matthew was awesome and I will ask for him!!

I have used them more than once. They are awesome and thorough! When I had it done at an old house, they called a year later to see if I needed repeat service.... I told them no because the carpet looked like they had just come to do it. I also love that it's not crunchy when it dries after they leave!
I like the environmentally safe products used to clean. The service representatives are always courteous and want to satisfy the customer by doing the best job possible.
