Carpet is soft and clean after service. The technician was polite, professional and thorough. He specifically requested that I inspect the carpet prior to leaving and mopped up the tile before he left.

Quick drying time and great customer service by technician. Carpet actually felt clean after it was clean. Carpet was a little crunchy in a few areas but probably because the cleaning was bringing out old soap residue from the carpets previous cleaning from our apartments.
It's night and day to how clean my couch is now after ZeroRez was done with it. Casey was incredible! She was friendly, professional and most of all, did exceptional work! I would highly recommend ZeroRez to any of my friends (and already have). I have before/after photos but didn't know who to send them to?
