Your rep was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and ready to work. He explained things clearly and there were not pricing surprises! He even told me about more services that I could benefit from but wasn't pushy about me scheduling them. Informative and nice!...and...my carpet looks great and is soft. My house smells clean - not perfumed - it is CLEAN. Thank you!

THE WORST IS YOUR SCHEDULING & CALL CENTER WILL NOT USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE LAST THREE TIMES I DID USE YOUR SERVICE THEY WERE LATE, SCHEDULING IS NOT CONDUCIVE TO MY NEEDS AND IT IS AN ACT OF GOD TO GET FIRST AVAILABLE
The technician was good and prompt but after hearing about Zerorez on Mike Broomhead for many years I expected that the carpet would not be crunchy and have soap residue still. My original reason for calling you was to remove any residue left behind by other carpet cleaners.

My carpets didn't feel clean this time. First time ever I felt the marks didn't come out that have always in the past.

Like your scheduling - calling 15 minutes before you arrive. Like your product and cleaning process. We had CHARLES BURNS as our technician. Would like you to know how great he is! He listened attentively to our requests and gave us valuable information about our carpet. He is a HARD WORKER - no down time with Charles. He is very COURTEOUS and POLITE. You have a WINNER in Charles as your employee. WE are so glad we had him as our carpet cleaner!

It feels like he got our carpet very clean. Wish I could say that about our sofa, it just doesn't look as clean as it should. When he left it was still wet so was difficult to tell if it was clean.
Our shower was a disappointment. He told us that your system would not clean soap from the shower floor since your system was not acidic which would be necessary to clean the floor. So what was the point of offering shower cleaning? Big disappointment for the $150 we were charged for the shower.

So I typically do not do any surveys of any kind. But this one had to spark one reply.
I wanted to wait a few days before I gave a review, as I had a trouble spot that the 2 previous cleaning companies cleaned and it came back like within a few days.
I am happy to report that after 1 one week the stain "IS GONE". I live in an apartment and the complex offer free cleaning every year for renewing your lease. What a waste of time and money for the complex.
Charlie was actually ahead of time, and was very informative about every step of the process. I am curious by nature so when I smelled oranges that sparked another conversation. As he readied his truck and cleaning materials this allowed me to move furniture out the way.
I think he did a great job, even recommending what path to take since my apartment is not very large and even saving me a few bucks.
Thank you Charlie for your professionalism. When I do recommend I will ask them to request you specifically, if not you still get my thumbs up!!

I like the timeliness of your serviceman Eric. My appointment was between 8-10 and he was there at 8:15! He was very friendly and informative. He let me know what he was doing throughout the entire process.
Eric also gave me some pointers on how to keep my carpets looking good between services. He even suggested rugs and using a carpet rake to bring up the nap in high traffic areas.
I have used Zerorez for years and like the fact that there is no soapy residue like other products.
